And 2022 2nd International Conference on Network Communication and Information Security (ICNCIS2021) was held successfully during August 19-21, 2022. Due to the continuing impact and future unpredictability of the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference ICNCIS2021 and ICNCIS2022 were held online by Zoom.
